Villa Leopolda pops-up at POPPOSITIONS off fair during Art Brussels

POPPOSITIONS is a off fair which first edition took place during Art Brussels this year between 20 and 22 April.

Villa Leopolda was invited to prepare some vegetarian surprises to feed the visitors during the cold and rainy days of the Brussels Art week.

A farewell dinner – EASTMAN – Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui

Villa Leopolda catered for EASTMAN – Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui dance company – manager Karen’s farewell dinner, with performances and a constant flow of vegetarian delicacies.

Disaster Dinner for my Private Disaster exhibition in Brussels

During Ponyhof Gallery pop-up exhibition in Brussels My private Disaster, Villa Leopolda popped up for a concept dinner. The exhibition presented paintings from emerging painters who worked from photographs of natural and human catastrophes, that they appropriate to better distance themselves from them.

Villa Leopolda reflected the exhibition with a menu featuring:

- Earthquake sushis

- Tsunami miso

- Eyafjallajökull japanese risotto volcanos

- Fuskushima green tea soufflé
